The tower is a 100 ft (30.5 m) self supporting lattice tower. The site is located on a large farm in Trumansburg, New York USA. Since it's installation in April 2008 this turbine has produced an average of 12.1 kWh per day, that's roughly 70% of the customers average use. In a local newspaper article the clients were quoted as saying, "The turbine is on the site of a farm. It fits right in. It's a kinetic sculpture."
