The Montana is used for testing the combination of the SMA WindyBoy 6000 in combination with the Fortis Montana. Location is Immenhause near Kassel. The Montana is mounted on a Aerosmart tower.
This turbine has produced 50 kWh in nine days with a windspeed of just 2,65 m/s average!
According to Mr Mertash from SMA: "We have some
other turbines at our test site, let me say these results has been unique. "
