Passaat Wind Turbine
The Passaat is our longest running wind turbine model. In 2008 we celebrate its 25 anniversary, and we have even had clients buying their second one after 22 years! The Passaat has a maximum output of 1,4 kW and a span of 3,12 meters.
Thousands of Passaats have found their way across the world in the last decades. These small wind turbines can be found in the Sahara desert, as well as in the Himalaya. Nowadays the Passaat is most often used for power saving at private homes, water pumping in remote locations and for empowering satellite communication systems e.g. in Murmansk.
